Again, as Hitchens Generic Plavix points out, this guy is "moderate" but has many of the same views the hard-line Muslims do, and will use Saudi funding (from what I read) which is scary. So it's less than a good-faith offer to say it's going to be used to bring us all together, especially given his (and Islam's) track record. This guy is apparently about as moderate as they come in Islam yet has said some pretty dubious things and still supports Hamas, so how can one not understand objections?
